SAJCO is committed to training and qualifying graduating students from the nation. The company coordinates with numerous universities, technical colleges, and institutes to train their students through a specially designed training program that aligns with the students’ training requirements. This program is delivered by a distinguished team of the company’s engineers and officials. It combines theoretical training, such as lectures, with practical field training at projects, production resources, and material laboratories. Additionally, the program includes visits to relevant government agencies and consultancy offices.
As a result of these efforts, SAJCO has received numerous awards and certificates of appreciation from various academic institutions, recognizing the excellence of its trainees and their outstanding performance in defending their training reports. The company has also signed partnership agreements with several academic institutions to accommodate as many trainees as possible. At the end of the training program, SAJCO recruits many graduates to meet the company’s projects’ demand for national talent.
Social Responsibility
SAJCO is keen on collaborating with community institutions to provide community services. The company signed a partnership agreement with Riyadh Walkers to support and promote the culture of walking in Riyadh’s neighborhoods, contributing to building a healthy society. SAJCO also supported the “Tuwaiq Scholars” program through the Community Responsibility Association. Furthermore, SAJCO sponsors the Saudi Students Club at New York University in the United States of America, demonstrating its support for the nation’s students studying abroad.
