SAJCO Concludes the 8th Cooperative Training Program 2025

Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company continues to reaffirm its commitment to developing national talent and supporting cooperative training programs that contribute to preparing students for professional careers in the construction and engineering sectors.

In this context, Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company concluded the eighth cohort of the Cooperative Training Program for students of the Riyadh Technical College on Thursday, December 11, 2025, under the patronage of the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ahmad Emad Suleiman.

A total of 26 students successfully completed the training program across the following specializations:

  • Civil Technology – 11 students

  • Architectural Technology – 6 students

  • Surveying Technology – 9 students

The training program extended over a period of fourteen weeks, during which students received intensive practical training across a number of major and diverse projects implemented by the company in the Riyadh region. The program also included several technical lectures and field visits, all conducted under the supervision of a select group of highly experienced engineers. This enabled trainees to apply their academic knowledge in a real working environment and significantly enhanced their readiness and confidence to embark on their professional careers.

During the ceremony, Eng. Ahmad Emad Suleiman, Chief Executive Officer, welcomed the students and delivered a number of professional guidelines and advice to support them in their upcoming career paths. Additionally, Eng. Sultan Al‑Qarni, Project Manager for the Riyadh Region, delivered a speech highlighting the importance of cooperative training and its role in bridging the gap between academic education and practical application.

The event also included a presentation delivered by one of the trainees, followed by an interactive discussion. The presentation reflected the high level of technical competence and creativity achieved by the trainees, confirming the success of the program, the achievement of its objectives, and its alignment with the aspirations of the company’s senior management in qualifying and training national talents.

On behalf of the trainee students, Falah Turki Al‑Qahtani delivered a speech expressing his sincere appreciation to Shibh Al Jazira Contracting Company and all its employees for the support, guidance, and assistance provided throughout the training period.

The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates of successful completion to the trainees of the eighth cohort.
