CTW-130 is a comprehensive railway infrastructure project forming part of the Jubail Railway Network, connecting mineral ore quarries, industrial zones, and logistics hubs such as Sadara, KFIP, and JCP. The project consists of complete civil works, heavy structural components, suspension bridge construction, and both on-ground and elevated trackwork execution. CTW130 is one of the vital components of Saudi Arabia’s mineral ore hauling and industrial railway development.

  • Excavation and backfilling of approximately 2.8 million m³
  • Stone column installation (ground improvement)

  • Pile foundations, structural concrete, and box girder production and installation for bridges and underpasses
  • Construction of rail bridges (RB1, RB2, RUB1, RUB2) and ILM Bridge

Trackworks

  • Track laying: 69 km completed (100%)
  • Turnouts: 115 out of 117 units (98%)
  • Final tamping and alignment
  • Drainage and signal/telecom (S&T) pipe installations

Work is divided into multiple sub-packages, including:

  • Package 00: Sadara Yard
  • Package 01: NS8-RB1
  • Package 02: Main Line
  • Package 03: Marshalling Yard
  • Package 04: KRT-RB2
  • Package 05: KRT-RB1 (ILM Bridge), KRT-RUB1, KRT-RUB2
  • Package 06–12: KFIP Line, JCP Line, JCP Yard, etc.

Each package includes bridges, yards, culverts, and track alignment.
